The Central Lock-up Monitoring system was devised for better monitoring of movement and to prevent unauthorised detention. Lock-ups were fixed with CCTV camera and two-way audio system. All the Female and Male lock-ups of 1,000 Police Stations across the state are live monitored. Human rights violations by the Police are now under check. It covers about 30,000 suspects under arrest and a similar number of IOs and senior Police Officers.

Under Automated Police Online Information System, a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) has been set up that has enabled 75,000 police force to update their information in the e-Service Register. The solution includes Dashboards, Meeting Tracker, Legal Matters, RTI and Bandobust Duties. It is a self-service portal and has 370 services. Out of a total of 24 Sub-Modules, 16 are completed. There are lesser deviations, and productivity enhancement with improved monitoring.

Court Blaze App captures different stages in a trial of a crime by Courts. All the reports and analytics involved during the trial can be obtained from a single page. The app is developed on top of the CCTNS database. SPs and Staff Officers can get complete visibility of how the Police Department is keeping up with proceedings of the court. It has enabled quick decision-making aligning with the court proceedings.

High Alert Wireless C(K)command (HAWK) system is mobile surveillance command and control terminal, which is conceptualised for quickly deployable video surveillance and communication system. It provides a high level of security to citizens, and vigilance and improves the ensuing action of offenders. The system has been implemented state-wide and is supporting law enforcement. It provides faster, reliable and stable communication up to the last mile. The live feed from the vehicle is recorded and shared with the concerned control room for live monitoring of law-and-order enforcement.

In addition to the above, the Andhra Pradesh Police has implemented several forward-looking projects including Implementation of ICJS; Police Welfare in Pandemic; Village Defence Squads; Women Help Desk; e-Malkhana; Risk Assessment and Traffic Enforcement; Digital Health Management System; and, Prevention and Detection of Temple Offences
