Skill development holds the key to reinvent Indian workforce during COVID19. In times of hiring freeze, haircuts, salary deductions has only given rise to the demand of skilled workers. The government is also actively pursuing the goal of marrying economic restoration across industries and ensuring employment security for its large skilled workforce. India shall surpass the initial hiccups of economic growth, skill and employment as we quickly move on the road to recovery. For long, experts argued that lack of opportunities is a concern. But the greater concern was lack of skills which is crucial to make India AatmaNirbhar. Self-employment was even a bigger concern. 

SKOCH Award for Skill Development is aimed at saluting such Business Leaders, Exceptional Performance, Achievements, Innovations and Use of Technology amongst others.
